You may have experienced childhood trauma, have unresolved loss and grief or have experienced a traumatic or distressing event or relationship.
I am interested in personality typing and family genograms where clients are interested. We can be curious about your past and present. What has shaped you into the person you are today, see it from self-understanding and compassion. and how can you grow?
If you are interested we can explore the use of collage, doodling, painting and other modes of art creation to help you work through and process life experiences or goals.
Within the holding space of our therapeutic relationship, lets find your version of peace and calm. I support you to safely process and heal at your pace. This unfolding experience offers you the opportunity to discover a more integrated state of wellbeing with self-understanding and compassion.
When I feel like you need some centering, whether you have gotten to the session in a rush or you are not feeling well that day, I will suggest we do a meditation to get you more calm and grounded for the session. Or if you request it, we can do a short meditation in every session.
