Where JOY can be found…
Joy is found in the awe of nature and our universe.
Joy is found in genuine connection with others.
Joy is found in having patience and acceptance for others.
Joy is found in completing a goal.
Joy can be fleeting like a bubble bursting.
Joy is in having the freedom to play and learn.
Joy is being able to be yourself without judgement.
Joy can be accepting things you cannot change.
Joy is in treating everyone equally and raising up anyone who is struggling.
Joy is being able to speak your truth.
Joy is in gratitude for what you have already.
Joy is in forgiveness for those who have wronged you.
Joy is found in being spontaneous and doing something a bit different.
Joy can be found it you open your awareness to the world.
Joy can be found in daily routines.
Joy can be felt at big events.
Joy can be found in reflection on the past.
Joy can be found in hope for the future.
Joy can be found in helping something grow.
Joy can be found in the little things in life.
